Establish 'countries' gameplay categories/filters #66

Allow a user to decide, for example, whether they want to only play with countries that are above a certain geographic area or population size. Similarly, there could be a 'small countries' only mode.

Ideas for different gameplay difficulty levels:
- Easy Peasy (only large countries by area)
- Fun Challenge (medium and large countries by area)
- No Filter (all countries)
- No Pain No Gain (only tiny countries by area)
