Add missing CSS properties to the editor - Step 2 #1536

Following the Step 1 (#1500) there are more CSS missing to Silex style manager:

[ ] on the root html element only (or on scrollable elements) - scroll-behavior
[ ] on the root html element all the fonts styles (important and explained here)
[ ] not css i think but a property: tab index for accessibility
