publish super slow => parallelize downloads/uploads
add links to sync DB folder with an FTP FTPBox and http://alternativeto.net/software/ftpbox/
publish in the file menu => check that CE is logged in and do the export to clean html

Also add settings : radio buttons to choose

"dropbox apps": combo box with list of services (paperplane.io etc.), combo box to choose a website => set the publish path to Apps/paperplane/the.website.com/
and "publish path" (advanced users), the current behavior
