A complete and self-explanatory description of a consensus based design of staking algorithm should be published in the whitepaper to restore some of the trust in this project that was damaged in the events of mainnet release and citex start.

trust - First they started from block 10000, then while we were waiting to get the coins their wallets undisturbed won another 5000 blocks. What you expect trust is not restored. Whatever you do, you're done.
