[BUG] Future pending bug - Debian Wallet (from chia 1.2.0) #89

Describe the bug 2021-08-10T11:32:33.222 wallet wallet_server : ERROR Exception: Task <Task pending cor o=<ChiaServer.incoming_api_task..api_call() running at /home/silicoin/silicoin-blockchain/chia /server/server.py:533>> got Future attached to a different loop <class 'RuntimeError'

To Reproduce

new wallet with node on lan on Debian Linux
