Why no .deb file for Ubuntu?[BUG] #99

Why not make Ubuntu users life easier?

Chia and most of the forks are offering .deb file which is extremely easy to install under Ubuntu.

Looks like Silicoin is nice project but lack of .deb install file for Ubuntu is weird.
