Port versions #2

  1. Porting versions of FOSS PDKs in SC to lambdapdk (same files as SC, updating versions will come later for asap7 and sky130).
  2. Update lambdalib generation scripts to work for all current enablements
  3. Removed lambdalib submodule in favor of cloning it in python file
