tokenize.rs is getting a bit long (as you mentioned before).

Might have to read a bit more on how these things are designed properly and what the good practices are.

Note, this only does environmental variables since #29 hasn't been implemented yet.

Ok the tests failing shows a bit of a flaw in the design. I'm going to re-attempt this after #87 is done and merged.
