Generation of the Initial Population: implemented? #37

I mean the "Generation of the Initial Population" ( parag. 3.3.1 in Robert Isele's thesis ).

Is the automatic generation of the Initial Population of rules available in Silk 2.6 ? I couldn't find anything about this in the user documentation, nor by playing with the workbench.

I guess that object ActiveLearningEvaluation is the main to start the Active Learning, but not sure if it does the "Generation of the Initial Population" .

NOTE: there is no tests in silk-workspace, and just a short one in silk-learning .
