Fix 404 link in readme by updating it to a working internet archive link.

Nice find! I've actually decided to let that link go to a more permanent location and settled for the Wikipedia article on ANSI codes (see commit https://github.com/silkfire/Pastel/commit/7cbb14d7f6509612dd947f391213302d5548ffb8).
