Pastel underline, bold, inverse and gradient. #5

I made this to add support for the features in the tittle, the gradient system is based on Colorful.Console, I made other changes to make this more C# conventions friendly. Only 1 bug, PastelBG doesn't work with PastelWithGradient, I will fix this in the next days.

Tell me about anything bad, while I learn I'm open to corrections c: (including my english)

I want to keep this library small and at the moment have no plans to implement any type of support for formatting of text.
