a video could be made on the fly using the celeb-generating stuff of stack-gan, then the voice-simulation stuff of lyrebird or whoever, then the lip-moving stuff, the text-to-speech of wavenet or whatever, and some other random backing scene gans and music production networks

it would get the content by reading the first answer it finds on google, in some summarised way.
