i propose a new price metric alongside your share price; it's your care price, it's just the % of your total revenue per month that you allocate towards regenerative projects divided by your share price.
you can increase your care price by either lowering your share price; i.e. devalue yourself in some sense by ultimately pushing more of your services into community services, i.e. your company is worth less because it's having an impact and thus reducing the need for its services; or you can increase your care price by directly putting money into the community.
