job application platform that is dynamic, instead of turn-based #703

turn-based job applications are annoying

you send an email, they maybe respond, etc

maybe there's a dynamic version - you join a chat, send some emoji's, reactions, they send some, and after a suitable exchange you get the job or receive the thumbs-down emoji.
