Instead of killing them completely, can we make them trigger only on either the first character (after the \tbb in the sl1 line and after the ml1 or ml1...tbb), or the last character at the end of the line?
So check for \sl1 XX:yy\tbb \tbb*“ AND \ml1 ¶\tbb \tbb*“ OR \ml1 “
and check for \sl1 ...” AND \ml1 ...”
Same for the single quote marks. (As it is, it is triggering on the apostrophe at the end of a word, i.e., sons' wives. I haven't convinced them to follow the current publishing guideline of sons's.)
