bring TNDD #9 over to TNND #7

Let's bring TNDD #9 over to TNND, but we need to make sure it does not trigger on table cell codes, i.e., ⌋\brk\tc2, or compound words with the first part in implied brackets, i.e., ...younger-\imp\brk ⌋\brksiblings (Mrk 6:3), so not triggering on -\imp\brk ⌋\brk*. If we cannot make these exceptions work, add to the end of the message ', but compound words are OK (i.e., ⌊younger-⌋siblings).
