Per @terrygibbs , this adds "Tone" to the sequence order for a Lift export:
The analysis process is:
1) Reference Number
2) Phonetic sound recording
3) Tone of the Phonetic sound
4) Phonemic analysis result
5) English language Gloss
6) National language Gloss
Instead of a language dropdown, I have Tone use a writing system of:
a - National language gloss (IPA) if "6" is enabled on the export
b - English language gloss (IPA) otherwise
