Fixes #41

Since we don't have the original source for generating the SA help, this PR:

Converts the help files to Markdown for maintaining
Adds a build.sh script which:
- uses Pandoc to compile Markdown to htm
- uses HTML Help Workshop to generate the .chm help file
[x] This PR also addresses the TODO of updating the help to document the shortcut for selecting previous/next graph
