Fixes #59 Even though this is lower in priority, this fixes the Lift export of "gloss national" field. Since gloss is a "zero or more" list, SA now handles cases when

Only gloss specified
Both gloss and gloss national specified
Gloss national, but not gloss specified

I'll go ahead and merge these approved PRs so we can make consolidated test build for @terrygibbs and Jennifer later.
