Add option to include Voice Audio or not

In Finalize phase, add an option for including the Voice Audio in the video (or not). Default is on

The option list will then be in this order:

• Include Background Music
• Include Pictures
• Include Picture Movement
• Include Voice Audio (new)
• Include Song
• Include Story Text

Rationale: By turning this off, the user can produce more of a book video.

Bryan, This option is really not needed at the moment. I would put this as a low priority feature for the following reasons:

1. Having a book "video" is not entirely satisfactory because it does not allow the reader to read at their own pace (the video moves at the pace of a good reader)
2. A "book" option should really be coupled with an epub option output, which we don't have and will take some time to create.
3. Book options can target only smartphones/tablets, not feature phones. Most people in our target audiences still do not own large enough screens to support narration text.

What might be a more appropriate high priority feature to implement at this time would be the option to have or not have fade transitions between slides.
