Enable 3 parallel work windows that are synced slide by slide #92

Description of your problem

The remote consultant needs to be able to view/access simultaneously for comparison the following three sources for each slide: a. the original image and source text b. the audio and/or text back translation (submitted from the SP app) for that slide in a "Notes" window where the audio can be transcribed and where the consultant can make text notes c. the chatting window for instant messaging via text and/or audio

Yes, the consultant will work from a tablet or computer, accessing the web app (Remote Oral Consultant Checker - ROCC) with a browser.

Same comment about IM chatting in Story Producer. With Nougat, two apps can be shown at the same time, if that would potentially work.
