If a variety name is too long, then the dendrogram is laid out incorrectly #101

Currently, the dendrogram layout uses a total width that is a proportion of the computed height. It does not take into account the width of the variety name labels. If a variety name is too long, then the total width is too small, which causes issues when rendering the graph.
