Ordered and unordered lists #3

What specific Unicode characters should be used to mark the start of a list item in an unordered list?

What are the conventions for ordered lists? Are only numeric lists used or are consonant based lists also used. What affixes are used for list markers?

As a point of comparison, some of the list types used by Burmese (Myanmar): https://enabling-languages.github.io/mlwt/tests/my-lists.html

The sample page will only correctly display in Firefox at the moment. The necessary javascript to mke the lists work correctly in cross browser context is missing form the sample page.
