Problem with Diglot ToC where Pri is RTL and the Sec is LTR #953

When typesetting a diglot, with one text as RTL and the other as LTR, I can't tell it to flip the ToC back to the LTR order. (I did try \beginL at the start of the \ztoc line, but it made no difference).
