Use System Fonts option on TeXpert Hacks tab doesn't take effect immediately #972

When this setting is toggled (either way) it doesn't change the way PTXprint looks for fonts. The only way to make it take effect is to quit the program and restart. It would be good to make this automatic, or at least inform the user that a restart is needed.

The flip of this is that if ptxprint launches an editor, the editor is limited in its available fonts to those supplied for the project!
