Verses lost in diglot #996

While expermenting with a diglot using the Chapter Verse Merging Mode, I noticed that verses from the secondary text (smaller font, outside of page) were disappearing. This is quite frequent.

In the image below, on the left (primary) are verses 1 and 2. On the right, are verses 1 and 3.

This is a section from the final SFM from the secondary showing that verses 1, 2 and 3 are present.

Thanks for raising this! It is a problem with the merging code (written in python). You can see this in the 'final USFM' view: Image

I'm very glad to say that it's not the layout code (written in TeX), as that would potentially affect every diglot publication out there.
