Use 'kor_Hang' as language code for Korean #290

Serval is using a language code of 'kor_Kore' for Korean. However, NLLB has been trained to use 'kor_Hang' as the language code for Korean.

@ddaspit - should I just map the Kore script to Hang? Do you have any objection to that path forward?

If the language is Korean, we should use "Hang" as the default script instead of what is in langtags.json.
