Data entered sometimes disappears if several fields filled before saving #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I've created various relationships and am entering the terminology for
particular dyads. In this case the father is Ego and am entering the terms for
his children. He has several children, so I enter the term for 'father' in the
'Alter calls Ego' line for all the children.
2. I then return to the first child to enter the 'Ego calls Alter' reference
term - daughter for example - only to find that the 'fahter' terms I've entered
have disappeared for this and some of the other dyads (but not all?). So I have
to re-enter them where... the only way to stop the terms disappearing from
certain dyads is to save as soon as I've entered the terms before moving on to
another dyad.
3. As I'm working with vernacular data, I often (try and) save time by using
the copy and paste facility and entering the same term for several different
relationships.

I think that this has happened for other fields too, such as notes made about
clans, etc. or a date entered.

Actually, I'd noticed this happen a few times with the original version
received in Nairobi, but forgot about it...

Some more observations after further experimentation:

about 90% of the time any information added to a dyad is lost if I switch dyads
without saving.

Using ctrl S (or cmd s) does not work. If I do this, then switch dyads, the
newly entered data is lost.

The only way to make sure new data is not lost is to go to File in the menu bar
then save this way.

Tentative fix sent to Sharon for testing.

I have replaced the silkin.jar file with the new one you sent and this seems to
have resolved the problem!
