Duplicate Postings to Drop-Down Menu of Questionable Dyads #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Act on Suggestions
2.Select a suggested Anomaly, but take no action.
3.After dealing with other suggestions, come back to the Anomaly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the same list of questionable dyads. Instead, we see duplicate 
postings. Each time the ActionBoxAnomaly is loaded, additional copies of each 
dyad were loaded.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This bug reported only so you'll know it has been identified and fixed.
