Duplicate Suggested Synonyms #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Act on Suggestions
2.Examine list of suggestions for synonyms.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If "dad" and "daddy" are suggested synonyms, then we should not see the same 
pair (but in reverse order) suggested again as synonyms or umbrella candidates. 
But they were.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
