Fine tuning very low data projects #180

After research into the best approach, implement needed adjustments, if any.

This can be done after the "multi" project is complete. Really we need a plan for onboarding from nothing to full NMT drafting. As the timing may be different for different projects, it really should be guiding the euser to choosing their own time to switch drafting methods.
