Collect all the scores from an EITL investigation into an Excel spreadsheet and csv file. #490

Collecting all the scores from a given investigation into a single file can be quite time consuming. It's also somewhat error prone if it includes cut and paste.

A script to do this would save time. (It's one I have already, but I want to know whether it is one that can be added to this repo.)
