Webonary upload not working #411

Users are having trouble uploading to Webonary. It is reporting a connection issue. One user said it had been happening for the last two weeks. I encountered it yesterday (Sep. 5, 2022). Someone else in LSDev created a Jira issue for it.

Do we know what the issue is, and can it be solved quickly? I would consider this a Blocker issue.

When I tried this afternoon it worked. Glad to see it fixed!
