REST or GraphQL?

We are currently discussing wether the first release of our (eventually) public API will be a REST API or a GraphQL API.

@hahn-kev will be doing some prep for leading a presentation/discussion on the topic next week.

We decided on GraphQL, but likely with a REST API as well, that's simply "slapped" on top of the GraphQL API.
