Convert emoji to something Twitter can work with #9

This is largely done using https://github.com/mroth/emoji-data-js It needs testing with ... real-world data ... before closing.

This didn't work with flag emojis from Slack. I deleted the tweet that had it, but as an example, 🇮🇸 got posted to twitter as :flag-is:.
