Add Page for Customer Pledges #51

Add a page so that consumers of security tools can also pledge to want to stamp out the practice. Probably best to have something along the lines of

  1. Make it known to vendors that they don't appreciate silly security awards
  2. Consider companies with silly security awards as hiding the quality of theirs
  3. Be public about silly security awards where they can
