PR Guidance #7

When someone submits a PR to pledge, it would be great if we can provide guidance on image size and anything else related. Perhaps a simple link to a readme in the root of the repo would be enough ?

The process is still a little convoluted, but is explained better now. If it feels like too much of a hurdle then we could replace it with an issue-based process (similar to adding an award), though I don't think issues integrate with CLA Assistant
