Multihead: run application on the good s #100

I think it will be useful to run applications launched with a keys shortcut on the desktop/screen where the mouse is, and not where the focus is.

Why ? Because if you want to run a new application on a screen which have not yet an application, you must do it with the right click menu, to have a first focus on this screen, and then you can run others application with a key shortcut

fixed in cvs (thus v 0.9.2 and above). Now some actions work from focused window, and some from pointer
