tab-bar non-translucent in true-transparency

got a screenshot attached. sorry its jpg, but i couldn't get it below 256k with png.

so basically, translucency works excellently and everywhere except on the tab-bar. force pseudo-transparency is not checked in the menu. focused window, unfocused window and menu are all set to ~50% opacity, and they all are.

i saw a similar report about it not working when you have less than 3 tabs, but as you can see on the leftmost window in the screenshot, it doesn't work with 5 tabs, and i just added 3. it doesn't work with 8 tabs, either.

hmm... perhaps i shouldn't say this in a bug report and rather in a feature request, but i'm filling this because i think that the intended functionality was to make the whole of the window translucent, so i guessed it was a bug. but i think that instead of having the tab-bar behave like the titlebar it would be even better to have the option of setting the title and tab bar (window decorations, in other words) translucency separately from the rest of the window (maybe also having them different in focused and unfocused mode, idk).
