I believe I've fixed this. It was due to some issues when vncviewer reparented itself, and some different things that fluxbox did.

under both stable and devel versions fullscreen for tightvnc's vncviewer doesnt work the program just crashs when trying to switch to it

there is the error tightvnc spits out on crash (this is under stable) fluxbox for me is also being ran via xdmcp ive tried icewm and it doesnt have a problem with it
