I like swaping Menu/Win_R, so on .xinitrc I do before all else: xmodmap -e "keycode 116 = Menu" xmodmap -e "keycode 117 = Super_R" Altough the key change reflects itself in all programs (116 brings up the input-menu in text fields of gtk-2 apps), the fluxbox keybindings still use 117 as the Menu key, which is annoying.

I hope this isn't hard to fix...

Which version? I fixed this (I believe) in cvs recently - 3rd March. Please try latest cvs.
