XMMS EQ Window fails to appear #381

Fluxbox version 0.9.10-r4 (and previous ones). xorg, plus 2.6.8.1 ck kernel.

Under Fluxbox (but not other WMs such as enlightenment), when xmms launches it fails to bring up the graphical EQ window. It thinks it has opened it successfully, however I have to deselect and reselect that option to get it to actually appear. Trawling various forums suggests I'm not the only one getting this error.

Right, you are not the only one... If XMMS is launched from .xinitrc or from ~/.fluxbox/apps, it opens all the windows properly, but if it is started later, it behaves just the way you describe.

Please try with current CVS. We found+fixed a bug recently which I suspect may have caused this (and many other "buggy" side-effects).
