Mozilla window borked after restarting fluxbox #472

If any Mozilla windows are open when fluxbox (0.9.12) is restarted (via the root menu), the windows become slightly taller than the titlebar and cannot be resized. This was reported in earlier versions, but was apparently fixed before 0.9.12. I tried CVS, but it was unable to get past autoconf.
