problem with rox panel #562

I'm having a problem with rox panel. If there is a window over the panel, and I move the cursor from the panel over the part of the window over the panel, it begins flickering.

The problem doesn't occur in blackbox, openbox, windowmaker, kwin and metacity and the xfwm4. It does in enlightenment.
