Forget it.
I looks like the bug is actually on xcompmgr side : if i don't use the "fade" effect of xcompmgr, everything is perfect :)

Sometimes, the alpha of a focussed window is not correct. For example, if I iconify and deiconify a window from the icon bar. The window is focussed but the alpha one the window is the alpha of an unfocussed window (128 in my case). The same problem appear if I switch from one tab to another on the same window : the window is still focussed but the alpha goes from focussed to unfocussed.
