This is configurable in the init file. Many people like to keep certain applications on certain workspaces, so they don't want it to pop up on the current workspace.

I guess I found a bug in the fluxbox. Namely, programs like xchat, sylpheed and amsn minimise them selves to the systems tray normally without any problem. But by pressing again on the minimised icon they maximize in the workspace in which they have been minimised into the tray. At least from gnome, kde I got an impression that it should always maximise to the currently used workspace at this is the main advantage of the systemtray. For example:
I minimise the xchat at the workspace 1 then work in the workspace 2 and click on the icon to maximise xchat it won't maximise in workspace 2 but in the workspace 1.So I have to change or find where it actually maximises.
This bug really bothers me and I would really appreciate if you could fixed this problem as soon as possible or give me some solution.
