request: de_CH / fr_CH locale #680

Might it be possible to create per default (links to) de_CH and fr_CH locales? They are just the same as de_DE and fr_FR, but users with their $LANG set to this will have translated fluxbox by default.

I am quite sure that other languages are also affected.
