Titlebar focus bug when pulling window from a group

Instructions to reproduce bug:

Start fluxbox. Start two programs (XTerm will be fine, I also tried Kolourpaint). Middle-drag the tab of one program into the tab of another, so that they become grouped. Middle-drag the tab out, so that they are no longer grouped.

What you should see:

The program pulled from the group is raised and has focus, and the program it was grouped with is unfocused.

What you will see:

The program pulled from the group is raised and has focus, but the program it was grouped with also appears to have focus.

(The window decorations for both windows are those of a focused window)

My system: i386 with Kubuntu Edgy and Fluxbox 1.0 rc2.
