Update german translation

The Maxmize Options in the Configuration Menu are not translated to german yet.

As I didn't found those strings in the nls default translations I ask you to do this via bug report.

German translations would be:

Maximierungseinstellungen (Maximize Options)

Vollständig maximieren (full maximize) Resize-Increment nicht beachten (ignore resize inc.)
Position fixieren (disable move) Größe fixieren (disable resize)

Would you also mind changing following lines:

Set 4

From: 14 Fokus folgt Mouse To: 14 Fokus folgt Maus

From: 25 Tabfokus folgt Mouse To: 25 Tabfokus folgt Maus

Set 11

From: 9 auf allen Desktops sichtbar"

To: 9 Klebend

Note: don't forget to change them in de_DE, de_CH and de_AT

Sorry for not mentioning this: as I only had predevel svn at this time I did not know that this menu only is available in predevel.

I already talked to mark about changing this.
