Possibly related to bug 1798208.

Even after restart of fluxbox, slit refuses to migrate to other head. Menu shows ``Head 1'' and ``All heads'' in white, but ``Head 2'' is greyed out. Clicking any of these options has no effect.
Fluxbox menu and maximizing of windows is available on both heads and works as one would expect.
Fluxbox version: 1.0rc3 ubuntu gutsy (as per gutsy 071007)
Xorg.conf : Uses explicit position argument to setup placement of heads.
